CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect our instructors’ time and maintain a consistent schedule, we require the following: All classes, private sessions, and duo sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 100% of the session or class price. Any applicable package credits will be forfeited. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session cost or will result in the loss of one package credit. All cancellations and reschedules must be completed through our booking system prior to the 24-hour window. Emergency situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, fees are not guaranteed to be waived.
